Over a year into the #MeToo movement, there are no signs that the focus on sexual harassment in the workplace is letting up. In the wake of the #MeToo movement, employers must respond appropriately to the serious issues raised by sexual harassment. This session will discuss the latest legal developments, how to create a workplace free of harassment and how to respond when allegations arise.

This session will review employers’ leave obligations, the interplay between the laws, and provide practical advice to assist HR professionals with maintaining legal compliance.

This session covers the latest information related to the National Labor Relations Act, the National Labor Relations Board and union organizing campaigns and responses.
