In the wake of the #MeToo movement, employers must respond appropriately to the serious issues raised by sexual harassment. This session will discuss the latest legal developments, how to create a workplace free of harassment and how to respond when allegations arise.

Employee leave issues often present challenges akin to a Rubik’s Cube. When you comply with one law you may face exposure under another law. FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), workers’ compensation, military leave and personal leave obligations all present challenges. This session will review employers’ leave obligations, the interplay between the laws, and provide practical advice to assist HR professionals with maintaining legal compliance.
