    Pine Belt Human Resources Association strives to make chapter membership affordable to as many local professionals as possible to allow members to take advantage of all we offer.  We are confident that your membership benefits will quickly become an essential part of your own professional development and a way to keep your company informed and up-to-date on the ever changing landscape faced by today’s HR professionals.

    Members have access to our monthly working lunch, which features human resources specialists speaking on timely topics such as how to survive an EEOC audit, what OSHA regulations are on the horizon, how to promote diversity in the workplace, what to watch with FLSA changes, ACA compliance, emerging issues in labor relations and other relevant topics.  Members also become part of a diverse local network of HR and business professionals with members from an array of industries including banking, healthcare, insurance, employment services, manufacturing, utilities, construction, retail, education and many more.

    We would like to extend an invitation for HR professionals, account executives, consultants, accountants, safety managers, supervisors, office managers or administrative assistants who serve in a human resource management position or whose job description entails matters related to the HR function to join our professional association.
